OE Partners was created
by Tim Dickenson in order to provide a unique combination local talent and
internationally known resources to companies in the Puget Sound region. In addition to the resources described on
the “partners” page on this site, Tim works with a small group of talented
consultants in the area to ensure a fit with each client organization needs,
budget and personality. Values OE Partners’ core values
are: · Align organizational work with the client’s business
strategy and culture… every client is unique, · Align and leverage organizational systems with each
other… best practices aren’t helpful unless they work together, · Organizational systems must be owned and managed by the
client organization… skills and tools remain with the client even after the
consultant leaves. Tim
Dickenson Tim has 20 years of
experience working with senior business leaders and teams at the headquarters
and divisions of such Fortune 500 companies as Pfizer, Pepsico, Immunex, and
H.J. Heinz. He has expertise in leadership development,
competency modeling and succession planning, team start-up and development,
strategic planning, performance management systems, employee feedback
processes, change readiness assessment and planning, and process and
organization design. He has worked on projects
involving M&A, ERP implementation, strategic planning, customer service
improvement, corporate intranets, sales force design, and joint venture
teams. Tim holds a bachelor’s
degree in International Organizations from Wichita State University, an MBA
from Columbia Business School, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Human
and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate Institute. |
